Some of the most popular rock climbing destinations in Turkey include Geyikbayiri near Antalya, Kaynaklar, and Gokdere Near Izmir, Olympos near Kas, Ballikayalar near Gebze Kocaeli, Aladaglar near Nigde, Karakaya near Eskisehir, Sarikaya near Manisa and Datca near Marmaris.
 
Additionally, you can engage in ice climbing in the Palandoken Ice Park area near Erzurum and climbing activities in the Pinarbasi Dry Tooling Zone area near Izmir.
 
Geyikbayiri Rock Climbing Zone is located in the Antalya region and is known for its challenging routes and stunning views. The area has over 1,000 routes available, ranging in difficulty from beginner to expert. The rock formations are made of limestone, which provides excellent grip and makes for a thrilling climb.
 
Kaynaklar Rock Climbing Zone, It is one of the most popular rock climbing areas in Turkey. There are many routes in this region, which is located in Kaynaklar village of Buca, İzmir and where rock climbing has been performed since the beginning of the 2000s. The length of the routes with different degrees of difficulty in the rock climbing region, which was opened with the great contributions of the climbers, varies between 10 and 30 meters. It is a region that appeals to many climbers with its different route options (crack, negative, positive, long, short, etc.).
 
Gokdere Rock Climbing Zone is located close to the city of Izmir, its natural environment is a very beautiful place. There is a stream flowing through the mountains and a camping area. Gökdere is a neighborhood of İzmir Bornova district, but it is also close to Buca district. A place very close to Izmir city. You can reach by car or by bus number 277 from Otogar-Tınaztepe or by the Kaynaklar minibuses departing from near Buca Hasan Ağa Park.
 
Sarıkaya Rock Climbing Zone is located in Sarıkaya Neighborhood, within the provincial borders of Manisa.Sarıka ya Rock Climbing Area is located in Karakoca Village in Yunusemre District of Manisa Province.(It is 12 km from the center of Manisa.) Sarıkaya rock climbing garden has routes opened by the most important rock climbers of our country. There are 7 sectors and over 100 routes in Sarıkaya climbing garden. Routes range from 5 to 10 degrees and are available on conventional routes.
 
Ballıkayalar Rock Climbing Zone is located in Gebze District of Kocaeli Province. It is one of the first rock climbing places in Turkey. Mountaineering clubs and search and rescue teams have been doing rock climbing here since the 1970s. The name Ballıkayalar is due to the fact that there were beehives in this region in the past. But nowadays there are no beehives.  This area is 67 km 1 hour 20 minutes from Istanbul Beşiktaş, It is 10 km 15 minutes away from Gebze and 50 km 45 minutes away from Izmit.
 
Aladaglar Rock Climbing Zone is in The Mount Taurus Aladaglar mountain ranges located between the cities of Nigde, Adana and Kayseri. They form the central part of the Taurus Mountains, which is part of the Alpine-Himalayan fold. Although there are colorful and fascinating peaks and long climbing routes on mountain surfaces in Aladaglar, it is also possible to do rock climbing in Aladaglar. Aladaglar Rock Climbing Zone: Kazikli Ali (Nigde City), Cımbar (Kayseri City) and Pinarbasi (Adana City).
 
Olympos Rock Climbing Zone is another popular rock climbing destination in Turkey, located near the town of Kas. The area has a number of routes available for climbers of all levels, with the most popular being the routes along the canyon walls. The scenery is breathtaking, with steep cliffs and lush greenery surrounding the climbing areas.
 
Karakaya Rock Climbing Zone is a lush green area in the middle of the plains at a point close to Eskişehir. It takes its name from the fact that it is right next to the Karakaya village. The rock is granite type and the continuity of the crack lines, the general strength of the rock and the unique beautiful form of the granite offer a good climb. Karakaya is a neighborhood in the Sivrihisar district of Eskişehir province. 79 km from Eskişehir, 30 km from Sivrihisar. The region has easy access to the rocks by road.
 
Datca Rock Climbing Zone, located in the Marmaris region, is a lesser-known but equally impressive rock climbing destination. The area has a variety of routes available, ranging in difficulty from beginner to advanced. The rock formations are made of volcanic tuff, which provides unique challenges and rewards for climbers.
 
Palandoken Ice Park near in the city of Erzurum. Erzurum has mountainous areas and areas suitable for skiing due to the long-term snow on its mountains. Palandoken Ice Climbing is within this declaration area. It is a very nice place for winter tourism with its snow quality, long tracks and facilities. It is located at the foot of Palandöken Mountain, 7 km southwest of Erzurum city center. It covers an area of 70 km long and 25 km wide. Palandoken Mountains was declared a Winter Tourism Center in 1993. Also, this facility hosted the 2011 World Universities Winter Games in 2011.
